JLE Development Group was founded by Shelli Demo with a vision to build more than just spaces. It was created to build something meaningful for the future. The name JLE comes from founder Shelli’s children, Juliet, Leo, and Emmi, representing the family-driven foundation behind the company and the values that continue to guide it today.

Built through woman-owned leadership and a commitment to professionalism, JLE Development Group was created to bring a more organized, thoughtful, and modern approach to construction and development. The goal was simple: create a company that values quality work, strong communication, reliable coordination, and long-term relationships.

Our Story

Growing up around the construction industry, founder Shelli was introduced early to the dedication, problem-solving, and craftsmanship that go into every project. As the daughter of a seasoned contractor with decades of experience, she spent years watching projects take shape from the ground up and seeing firsthand how thoughtful construction can completely transform a space.

That experience sparked a genuine passion for the process — from planning and coordination to the final details that bring a vision to life. Seeing a project evolve into a finished space that people can truly enjoy is what continues to drive her today and brings her the greatest sense of fulfillment. More importantly, she wants that same feeling to be shared with every client throughout the process and in the final result.
